Pizza for Pets is a community-driven initiative by The House Kat Pet Sitting that brings together local restaurants, rescue groups, and pet lovers to help long-term shelter and foster pets finally get noticed.

Here’s how it works: participating restaurants place flyers on pizza boxes and takeout orders—each one spotlighting a pet who’s been in care far too long. These pets are often overlooked, but with every delivery, their story lands in the hands of someone new.

Why It Matters

Every flyer features:
🐾 A photo and short bio of a local adoptable pet
📍 The rescue or shelter’s name
📲 A QR code that links directly to more info or the adoption application

These simple flyers turn everyday takeout into a life-changing opportunity for a pet who’s been waiting months—or even years—for a second chance.
